Rates and Insurance

During this holiday season, inquire through your insurance to see if they cover out-of-network benefits.

The following plans have out-of-network benefits:

- PPO plans

- POS plans

- HDHP plans

I am an out of network provider, but you can submit receipts that I provide for reimbursement.

I will work on a sliding scale and can accept pay via cash or check.
